my projects
/ Ideas, experiments & side quests
This is where ideas go when they refuse to leave me alone.
If you've ever had that nagging feeling of needing to make something, I get you.
Welcome to my workshop. Here are some of the projects, products and experiments I've worked on over the years.
Things either happily in the making, completed & out in the world, or tried and retired.
Ideas that became real
My sister rescues animals that often don't get a second chance. I built her a website to help tell their stories and support her work.
This is where I get to nerd out about language learning. I create materials and resources for self-learners like myself. Right now, I'm also working on my first book.

I'm currently translating The Rock Warrior's Way: Mental Training for Climbers by Arno Ilgner into Czech. I've always wanted to translate a book, and I couldn't have asked for a better one.
I teamed up with SKVOT to create an online course for people who want to design meaningful retreats. It was a chance to put years of planning, guiding and facilitation into something others could learn from.

Experiments that didn't really take off
I wanted to create the kind of holiday I'd happily book myself: movement, great food, time outdoors and good company. Planning the program with a trainer was every bit as fun as I imagined.
I enjoyed turning conference rooms into temporary craft studios. Polymer clay, flower arranging, fabric printing... I loved finding ways to make complex techniques surprisingly easy to follow, and watch people leave with something beautiful.

While the workshops were always a lot of fun, there just wasn't enough demand to turn Craftroom into something bigger.
Despite plenty of excitement, not enough people signed up to make it a recurring project.
